Monday, November 8th

7:11am: Rebecca Blanchard spoke with an officer about ideas to curb dishonesty from a 6-year-old. The officer offered to speak to the youngster about possible consequences of being dishonest.

3:03pm: Henry Napp reported a vehicle travelling at a High Rate of Speed on Hwy. 4, heading north towards Jeferson. An officer and a deputy met the vehicle on South Elm, near Greenewood Road. The vehicle was not violating any traffic laws and was not speeding.

4:02pm: Mark Easterday reported a Stray Dog dragging a cable on Lincoln Way, near Elm Street. The officer located the animal, but was unable to get near it before it would run away.

4:41pm: Kaylee Nelson spoke with an officer about a Civil Child Custody Issue.

5:14pm: Alysha Dehoet reported her juvenile daughter had not come home after school and she was unable to find her. At about 1745 hrs, Dehoet called and advised she had located the youngster.

6:13pm: An officer was sent to Hwy. 4 south of Jefferson by the river bridge for a deer in the roadway. The deer was drug off the road and the officer contacted the DOT to remove it from the roadside.

7:25pm: Chris Showman reported debris in the street on Elm, near Lincoln Way. The officer removed the debris from the roadway.
