There are two youth basketball programs coming up with the Jefferson Parks and Recreation Department.

The first one is a two-day camp for boys and girls in pre-kindergarten through 2nd grade at the Greene County Community Center. The camp will be from 4:15-5:15pm on December 6th and 9th with games to be played on December 11th from 9-11am. The camp will be led by Greene County High School varsity basketball coaches and players that will teach the fundamentals of the game. Cost to participate is $20 for community center members and $25 for non-members, which includes a t-shirt.

The other camp is for boys and girls in 3rd-6th grades. The camps will be at the community center from 4:15-5:15pm December 13th and 16th, with games on December 18th from 9-10am. The camps will be led again by the high school players and coaches, with a cost of $20 for members and $25 for non-members.
