Greene County’s high school football team graduates a large and talented senior class. Head Coach Caden Duncan told Raccoon Valley Radio the seniors will be missed and he thanked them for all their contributions.
Duncan also said he’s excited about the 2022 season even though this senior class will no longer be in high school. “I do think we’ll surprise some people next year and I’m very excited about the challenge. We’ve got some guys who are going to be very good players and we have more starters returning that what people realize. We’ve also got some kids who are freshmen and sophomores right now who are really working their tails off, who are going to be really good players for us. I’m excited about the direction of the program and I think next year is going to be a big year and an exciting opportunity for us.”
The offseason program for football players who are not in a winter sport is already underway under Duncan’s leadership.
