November 22:
Accident:
Unit 1 white 2004 Cadillac registered to Guillermina Sanchez, 2005 W 2″d St., Perry driven by
Karen Garjeda Garcia, 819 Rawson, Perry.
Unit 2 Silver 2006 Volkswagon Rabbit registered to and driven by Jessica June Wells, 268 2841h
St., Perry.
Unit 1 was stopped at the stop sign heading north on 8111 Street. Vehide 1 did not see vehicle 2
coming and began to enter the intersection Unit 2 was heading east bound on Park Street and
was not able to get stopped in time and struck the drivers side front of unit 1.
Damage to both vehicles and to the fence at the entrance to Violet Hill Cemetery. Total
estimated damages $5800. Driver of unit 1 cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability
accident related and failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way. Driver of unit 2 was cited
for failure to provide proof of financial liability accident related,

Unit 1 White 2018 Kia Sedona registered to Optimae life Services, 600 Corporate Park Drive, St.
Louis, MO, driven by Louann Marie Burgus, 221 NE Trent, Elkhart, Iowa.
Unit 2 -legally parked red 2020 Chevy Silverado pick up registered to Jason Dean Mash, 504
Locust, Minburn.
Unit 2 was parked facing the building In the 400 block of 1’1 Ave, Perry. Unit 1 was turning left
and was pulling into the parking space next to Unit 2. Unit 1 struck the rear driver side wheel
and box. Minor damages to both vehicles estimated at $1600.
November 24:
Received a report of harassment in the 1400 block of Willis Ave.
Miguel Rued as, 1224 sth St, Perry was cited for dog at large, second offense.
Arrest:
Lewis Dean Mosea, age 37, 2320 SE 17th St., Des Moines was taken into custody and charged
with criminal mischief 2″d degree. Arrested on a Polk County warrant, Ankeny’s original charge,
burglary l’t Degree, harassment 1’1 Degree, criminal mischief 3’d degree and domestic abuse
assault impeding airway and causing bodily injury.

St., Colfax, lA.
Unit 2 white 1996 Chevy pick up registered to and driven by Charles Patrick Tuhn, 211 South St.,
Bouton, lA.
Unit 2 was stopped facing west at the stop sign at the Intersection of 161h St., and North St.
Unit 1 was also headed west on North Stand did not see Unit 2 and struck Unit 2 in the rear

estimated at $500. Driver of unit 1 was cited for failure to provide financial liability accident

November 27:
Arrest: Alberto Rodriguez y Rodriquez, age 36, 1322 Pattee St, Perry was taken into custody
and charged with public intoxication.
November 28:
Arrest: Eugene M McGrath, age 42, 28011’1 Ave, Perry was arrested on Polk County Warrants,
Knoxville original charge, for two counts possession of a controlled substance, Polk County
warrant for possession of a controlled substance, probation violation, and unauthorized use of
a credit card.
