As a large ongoing project continues in Perry, the workers are continuing to face supply issues but the project is still on track. 

The City of Perry is currently working on wastewater treatment facility improvements and City Administrator Sven Peterson says roughly 8-percent of the work has been completed. Peterson says there are some supply issues with the project.

“I think they have had some, as most contractors and construction projects have, they’ve had some supply chain issues so they have kind of had to bounce around a little bit.”

Peterson says the contractors have had to be flexible in the work they have been completing as they receive the materials to complete the projects. Peterson says the work will continue on the wastewater treatment facility improvements throughout the winter.
