Greene County and Paton-Churdan both have girl/boy basketball doubleheaders away from their home courts tonight.

The Rams play Roland-Story in Story City on KG98 and streamed on www.raccoonvalleyradio.com. Coverage begins at 5:45 p.m. with the girls playing at 6 o’clock and the boys to follow. Coach Tori Ogden’s girls are 1-0 after winning on Monday night in Ogden by a 33-29 score. Coach Chris Nelson’s Rams are 0-1 after a 56-55 loss in Ogden. The R-S girls are 0-1, but ranked number 11 in Class 3A by the Iowa Girls Athletic Union, while the Norsemen are 1-0 on the boys’ side.

The Paton-Churdan teams play Coon Rapids-Bayard in Coon Rapids. Coach Tom Kennedy’s girls and Coach Bud Fagen’s boys are both 0-1 after season opening losses to Boyer Valley (Dunlap) in Churdan on Tuesday.
