A local celebration taking place in Adel will continue on throughout the weekend.
Adel Partners Chamber of Commerce Director Deb Bengtson says today is the day that encourages people to think about shopping locally in the community rather than getting things elsewhere during the holiday season and there will also be great deals throughout the day at local businesses.
Bengtson tells Raccoon Valley Radio tomorrow brings the return of the Holiday Home Tour which brings the return of people being able to visit a series of local homes in-person as last year it was virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic.
“We have three beautifully decorated homes in Adel from 2-4 (p.m.) that you can tour and get holiday ideas. Lori and Scott Geadlemann, Heather and Kurt Moyer and Dan and Paula James homes are available for tour.”
For more information on the slate of events or to find where to get your tickets for the Holiday Home Tour, which are $12, you can go here. The tickets for the Holiday Home Tour are also limited to 250 people. Addresses of the homes will be sent out once tickets have been purchased via email.
