A local non-profit organization in Guthrie County is having a special celebration today. 

The Guthrie County Arts Council is hosting an event to honor its 10th Anniversary. 

The event will have free gifts, make-and-take classes for children, drawing for gift certificates, refreshments and more. There will be musical performances from Dale and Debbie Menning from 10am until 12:30pm and then again from 3 until 4:30pm. There will also be a featured artist Rose Siebert, who will make stained glass ornaments. 

This event will take place at Art on State in Guthrie Center from 10am-4pm today.
