Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers wrestling has gotten off to a good start to their 2021-22 season, with the team able to grab a dual win over Earlham and then a solid showing in their first tournament of the year at the DCG Mustang Invitational. They will be looking to continue to build momentum today when they head up to Gilbert to take on the Gilbert Tigers and Greene County Rams in a dual.

The Tigers were able to put up some great results this last Saturday, as a pair of wrestlers were champions in the tournament with Aiden Flora at 132 and Nathan Tapken at 195. The Tigers as a team was also able to compete well across multiple weights throughout the day.

Both Greene County and Gilbert have solid overall teams with good individual wrestlers as well, so ADM will have to be patient with their matches and attack when the opportunity presents itself.

The match is expected to begin around 5:30, as they will be looking to put up some good numbers against great competition.
