For both the Panorama Panthers girls and boys basketball teams their first week of the season is in the books and their next game of the season is tonight.

For the Panthers girls basketball team they finished their first week of basketball with an overall record of 3-0 after picking up wins over the Mount Ayr Raiders by a score of 57-25, the Madrid Tigers by a score of 62-17 and finally the IKM-Manning Wolves by score of 70-24 to finish out their impressive first week.

For the Panthers boys basketball team they finished their first week of the season with an overall record of 0-3 to start things out. The Panthers boys were extremely competitive in two of their first three games as they lost to the Mount Ayr Raiders 54-53 and the Madrid Tigers 57-54. The Panthers faced off against the IKM-Manning Wolves for their third game of the first week of basketball and fell by a score of 46-35.

For both the Panorama Panther girls and boys basketball teams their seasons continue tonight when they travel to Earlham to face the Cardinals with the girls set for tipoff at 6 p.m. with the boys to follow at 7:30 p.m. as the Panthers boys and girls look to continue their seasons.
