charged with possession of a controlled substance- marijuana 1’1 offense.
December 9:
Arrest: Brianna Dawn Fields, age 21, 182161h St, Perry was taken into custody and charged
with possession of a controlled substance 1’1 offense (marijuana).
Accident:
Unit 1 white 2003 Ford F150 registered to and driven by Paulino Garcia De Los Santos, 2024 S1h
St., Perry was traveling westbound on Highway 141 at H ave when he lost control and flipped
the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Estimated damages $6,000.
Accident:
Unit 1 gray1998 Toyota 4Runner registered to and driven by Vincente Tista Canahui, 3620 Elm
Drive, Urbandale. Vehicle was on Highway 141 between Ivy place and 1’1 Ave when driver lost
control and flipped the vehicle. No injuries reported. Total estimated damages $5,000.
Accident:
Unit 1 white 2020 GMC Sierra Pickup registered to and driven by Sergio Majar Baneulos, 1114
W 81″ St., Perry, Iowa. Vehicle was traveling northbound on Highway 141 at I ave and struck the
guard rail of the river bridge and then went into the ditch. No injuries were reported. Total
estimated damages $2,800.

Ennio Oliver, 1717 Jones, Perry.
Unit 2 gray 2014 Honda CRV registered to and driven by Joanne Warnock, 2213 Sunflower,
Perry.
Unit 2 was eastbound on highway 141 at sth St. Unit 1 was southbound on sth St. He was
proceeding onto the hghway and struck unit 2. No Injuries were reported. Total estimated
damages $4,500.
Accident;
Unit 1 Gray 2017 chevy Colorado pickup truck registered to and driven by Orlando Lopez, 2118
2nd St., Perry.
Unit 2 white 2008 Honda Pilot registered to and driven by Soe Tun, 2421 Bennett Ave, Des
Moines.
Both vehicles were westbound on Highway 141 between Ivy Place and 1’1 Ave. Unit 2 slowed to
avoid a vehicle reentering the highway and was struck by unit 1. Total estimated damages
$12,000. No injuries were reported and no citations were issued due to road conditons.
