U.S. Congresswoman Cindy Axne

Iowa’s Third Congressional District Representative Cindy Axne recently announced that federal funding will make its way to Perry. 

Axne announced that Iowa will be receiving more than $24 million in new federal funding that will go toward airports and will include the Perry Airport which is in line to receive $159,000.

The funding is part of the approximately $120 million from the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act that will go toward airport infrastructure and upgrades. The act will also provide at least $5 billion in various investments for the state.
