
The Guthrie County Supervisors met Tuesday.
The Board approved by a 4-1 vote, the American Rescue Plan Premium Payment with Supervisor Everett Grasty as the lone no vote and he declined to give a reason. The payment would give $2,500 to full time employees and $1,250 to part-time employees that have worked under 32 hours and employed before December 14th to receive funding. The Board also approved the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool Acknowledgement, along with member proxy, member invoice and commitment to membership; and approve a lead custodian job description, and a Samuels Group pay application for the law enforcement center project, as presented.
The Board approved two payroll change notices for the Secondary Roads Department, Tyler Technologies Incode and Property Tax contract, authorized using the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act for the Guthrie County Courthouse security cameras and a Guthrie Center Communication hourly purchase.
The Board approved a 28E agreement for Audubon County and Guthrie County Public Health with a payment of $75,600 from Audubon County.
The Board did not take action on Adair and Guthrie County Emergency Management Department budget and technology use policy.
