As AC/GC wrestling is stopped briefly for winter break

The Chargers next scheduled meet isn’t until January 6,2022 due to winter break. Head Wrestling Coach Lane Rumelhart describes what they will do during the long break.

“They need to get runs in, get extra time on a boat room, opened up for them. They just got to stay consistent with the workout. They take the days off, they’ll catch up and dump as far as team goes on the second half of a year or two. We have a few guys are just at times are going to allow them to get down to weight classes that they want to get to a line that’s going to become a little bit more whole and we should be a little more competitive. So I’m looking forward to it..”

Coach Rumelhart says the break is all about staying discipline and not taking to much time off the mat.
