3:44pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on J Avenue and 220th Street. Krisaley Johnson 16 of Perry ran the stop sign on J Avenue. Krisaley was driving a 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt that was totaled in the accident. Tyler Rohrbeck 39 was driving a Ford F150 east on 220th. The Ford F150 had an estimated 15,000 dollars damage. Nobody was injured in the accident. Krisaley was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device.

Wednesday, December 22nd

12:59am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

8:39am: A deputy arrested Richard Sabus 58 of Churdan for driving while barred and operating without an interlock device.

10:49am: Richard Sabus 58 of Churdan was booked into the jail for driving while barred and without interlock device.

2:15pm: A deputy arrested David Tibben 37 of Bondurant for an arrest warrant for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and theft 4th degree.

3:51pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 600 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

4:50pm: David Tibben 37 of Bondurant was booked into the jail for assault while displaying a dangerous weapon and theft 4th degree.

6:36pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of Hill Street, Churdan.

Thursday, December 23rd

6:17pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and B Avenue.

7:00am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident on 220th Street and Granite Avenue. Daniel Frederick 47 of Bagley lost control of his 2003 Chevrolet S10 on the slick roads. The estimated damage to the vehicle was around 4,500 dollars.

7:31am: The Sheriff assisted with a medical call in the 1600 block of 220th Street.

8:01am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and A Avenue.

10:37am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of North 4th Street, Grand Junction.

2:45pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and U Avenue.

3:14pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 1700 block of E Avenue.

4:07pm: A deputy investigated a littering complaint in the 2100 block of Orchard Avenue.

7:04pm: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 800 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

7:47pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 900 block of Main Street, Scranton.

10:15pm: Anthony Peterson 32 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of a no contact order.

Friday, December 24th

1:34pm: A deputy and the Jefferson Fire Department responded to a controlled burn that was out of control in the 2400 block of K Avenue.

4:22pm: A deputy, Grand Junction Fire, Jefferson Fire, and Greene County Ambulance responded to a house fire in the 300 block of West Main Street, Grand Junction. The structure was severely damaged. The cause of the fire was determined to be the furnace.

6:11pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and L Avenue.

7:20pm: A deputy and the Jefferson Fire Department responded to a grass fire in the 1600 block of J Avenue.

8:04pm: A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 800 block of Fitzpatrick Street, Churdan.

Saturday, December 25th

1:00pm: A deputy assisted a jailer with an unruly inmate.

3:08pm: A deputy arrested Joshua Solano 27 of Perry for an arrest warrant for a probation violation.

4:58pm: Joshua Solano 27 of Perry was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

5:42pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of South 17th Street, Grand Junction.

Sunday, December 26th

11:07am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle rollover accident in the 300 block of Redwood Avenue. Eugene Sheehy 68 of Grand Junction lost control on his 2004 Jeep Wrangler causing an estimated 7,000 dollars in damage.

11:23am: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

3:38pm: A deputy assisted with a harassment complaint in the 1900 block of L Avenue.

5:34pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 300 block of East Harrison Street, Jefferson.

9:40pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue near 240th Street.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
