Unit 1 white 2000 Chevy Express registered to Josselyn Flores Rodriguez, 2706 Raccoon Street,
Des Moines, driven by Gustavo Adolfo Aguilar Coreas, 1005 Otley, Perry,
Unit one was traveling westbound on Highway 141 in the 2500 block when he lost control due
to icy conditions and flipped the vehicle in the north ditch of the highway. Total estimated
damage was $2000.

Arrest: Anthony Noe Ruiz-Rivas, age 26, 702 4th St, Perry was taken into custody and charged
with Operating While Intoxicated znd Offense and domestic abuse assault with injury 1’1
offense.
