Dallas Center – Grimes wrestling teams will be on the mat today, with hopes of putting up  a strong performance against multiple schools down in Carlisle. Some of the schools that they will see will include Carlisle, Adel-DeSoto-Minburn, Grinnell, and Indianola.

It will be the first time in over two weeks that the team has taken the mat, as they worked on multiple things in practice over the holiday break, and hope to execute those teachings well today. Mustang wrestling saw victories and high results for some wrestlers in 2022, and hope that today will be a springboard for the next few weeks, as they hope to find some wrestlers make it to the state tournament.

The event will be beginning at 4 o’clock from Carlisle high school, with Mustang wrestling hoping to put up some wins for competition play.
