12:35am: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

3:38pm: A deputy assisted the Dallas County Sheriff Office with locating the owner of a car found in Dallas County, in the 400 block of South 9th Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
