The Guthrie Center City Council met Monday. 

The Council approved Department reports and heard an update from Nuisance Officer Wes Clark on housing and real estate.The Council discussed with the Guthrie Center Fire Department about grant opportunities for a generator for the fire hall.

The Council also discussed a  proposal by the Little Chargers DayCare request to help contribute $30,000 a year for their new facility which will cost $1.8 million.
