With Martin Luther King, Jr. Day being on Monday, there will be some business and organization closures people should be aware of in Dallas County. 

For Adel residents, Adel City Hall will be closed to the public on Monday for an inservice work day and the Adel Public Library will be closed in observance of the holiday. 

For Perry residents, the regularly scheduled Perry City Council meeting for Monday, January 17th will be moved to Tuesday, January 18th at 6 p.m. in the Towncraft Building in Perry but City Hall will be open on Monday.
