12:50pm: A deputy investigated a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street and W Avenue. Holly Thompson 66 of Ogden was traveling east on 220th when she was rear ended by Micah Bardell 20 of Marengo. Holly was driving a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had an estimated 5000 dollars damage. Micah was driving a 2019 Nissan Kicks that had an estimated 15,000 dollars in damage. One driver was transported by Greene County Ambulance to the Boone County ER. Micah was cited for failure to stop in an assured and clear distance and driving while suspended.
2:20pm: A deputy arrested Michael Eastman 48 of Jefferson for a violation of probation arrest warrant.
7:11pm: Michael Eastman 48 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.
7:44pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220 th Street and Orchard Avenue.
8:31pm: A deputy investigated a 4-wheeler complaint in the 700 block of State Street, Scranton.
Thursday, January 13th
10:24am: A deputy investigated a vicious dog complaint in the 300 block of State Street, Scranton.
4:50pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1900 block of 130th Street.
4:25pm: A deputy arrested Nicholas Charlson 33 of Des Moines for criminal mischief 5th degree and theft 5th degree arrest warrants.
6:43pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 2200 block of 120th Street.
8:05pm: A deputy arrested Rodney Sheffield 35 of Des Moines for a failure to appear arrest warrant.
10:30pm: Rodney Sheffield 35 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for failure to appear.
11:04pm: Nicholas Charlson 33 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for criminal mischief 5th degree and theft 5th degree.

10:05am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 330th Street and E Avenue.
12:00pm: Seth Butler 33 of Jefferson was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
1:41pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street and H Avenue.
2:59pm: A deputy assisted a motorist that went into the ditch on 140th Street and G Avenue.
4:34pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 2400 block of M Avenue.
5:08pm: A deputy assisted a motorist that went into the ditch in the 500 block of 220th Street.
5:31pm: Deputies, Jefferson Fire, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Junction Rescue assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a two-vehicle accident on 220th Street near Orchard Avenue.
5:53pm: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and N Avenue.
7:14pm: The Sheriff investigated a complaint of gun shots in the 600 block of South 15th Street, Grand Junction.
Saturday, January 15th
2:36am: A deputy assisted a motorist that was stuck in the snow on 19th Street and Railroad Street, Grand Junction.
2:51am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street and Pioneer Avenue.
2:59am: A deputy assisted a motorist that went into the ditch on 220th Street and R Avenue.
3:59am: A deputy assisted a motorist that went into the ditch on 220th Street and R Avenue.
9:50am: A deputy investigated a dog bite in the 200 block of South 6th Street, Grand Junction.
3:45pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle that was in the ditch on 237th Street near S Avenue.
Sunday, January 16th
1:19am: A deputy investigated a complaint of group of minors pulling sleds behind vehicles in the 100 block of Ram Drive, Jefferson.
2:35am: Todd Geisler 49 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense.
9:00am: Robert Guzman Jr. 26 of Carter Lake was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.
8:34am: A deputy and Paton Fire responded to a small that fire that was found to be controlled in the 500 block of West Paton Street, Paton.
6:33pm: A deputy arrested Dale Spaulding 53 of Ellsworth for a probation violation.
7:00pm: Ryan Murphy 40 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for theft 5th degree.
8:05pm: Dale Spaulding 53 of Ellsworth was booked into the jail for a probation violation.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
