Deion Elmore, age 21, 9229 North Ave , St. Louis, Mo, was arrested on a warrant for being a Fugitive From Justice.

Charmalee White, Perry, was driving south on 14th Street in Dallas Center in a school bus, when her vehicle was struck by Joshua Jackson, West Des Moines.  Mr. Jackson was traveling in an alley and could not come to a stop, due to icy conditions.  No injuries were reported.  Damage to the school bus was estimated at $1000.  Damage to Mr. Jackson’s vehicle was estimated at $6000.

Landon Keim, Earlham, was traveling south on L Ave when he struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $2500.
