The Guthrie Center City Council met on Monday night. 

The Council tabled action on a proposal from the Little Charger Daycare Center of a request of $30,000 to help them fund their new building project that is going to cost $1.8 million, pending further review of the project. 

The Council set a public hearing on the maximum property tax levy for February 14th at 6:30pm.  

The Council also discussed a budget review and heard an update on housing and real estate.
