Funeral services for Patricia, “Pat” Torpy, age 89, of Adel, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 10, 2022, at the United
Methodist Church in Adel, with burial following at Prarie Lawn Cemetery near Creston. Family
will greet friends from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Thursday, at the church before the service.

Pat is survived by her siblings, Carl Beatty and Betty Dory; her children, Dennis Standley, Nanci
Howard, Daniel “Ross” (Kathy) Standley, Douglas (Suzanne) Standley, Marcia Page, Michelle
(Terry) Greiner; and her step-children, Dan (Lynne) Torpy, Tricia (Randy) Bair, Mary (Jeff)
Lefeber, Tom (Mary) Torpy and John (Heather) Torpy. She is also survived by her
grandchildren, Wendy, Tina, Heath, Amanda, Derek, Devan, Dustin, Tyler, Andrew, Nick, and
Alex; and her step-grandchildren, Ethan, Elise, Kyle, Rachel, Ryan, Tatum, Talia, Aiden, Claire,
Emily and Anna, along with ten great grandchildren.
