A Celebration of Life for Sue Ann Swarts, 75, of Boone, will be held on April 23, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Cornerstone Church in Boone. Private family burial of cremains will be at Violet Hill in Perry.

Hastings Funeral Home in Perry is in charge of arrangements.

Sue is survived by her husband, Michael; son, Johnathan Ward (Amy) of Boone; daughter, Cynthia Sue Dierking (Ken) of Boone;
son, William Ward (Danielle) of Boone; stepdaughter, Michelle Swarts Corbin (Donnie) of Saylorville Township; grandchildren: Keaton Dierking, Sophie Dierking, Taylor Ward, Ashley Ward Johnson (Kirby), Peyton Ward, Trysten Ward, Ethan Ward, and Kimberly; and great-grandson, Carter.
