One local library in Dallas County will soon be hosting a fun program and there is still time left to register.
The Minburn Public Library will be hosting the March Craft Club event beginning at 7 p.m. March 2nd. All supplies will be provided but if you have a hair dryer you are encouraged to bring it along to help dry the paint. Library Director Nicole Connick talks more about the event.
“We are doing mini book stacks, they are not made out of books, they are stacks of wood that we paint and decorate, just something that is popular right now. They can register either by calling the library or by going to our Facebook page and click going on the event.”
Connick tells Raccoon Valley Radio there is no cost to attend the event but free will donations are accepted. Connick says there will also be a snack available and the craft program is held the first Wednesday of every month at 7 p.m.
