Pablo Garcia of Louisville, Ky., was traveling east on Highway 141 near I Court when a vehicle driven by Sandra Garreans of Perry pulled out in front of him. Garcia was taken to the Dallas County Hospital with minor injuries. Garreans was cited for failure to obey stop sign and yield right of way.  Damage to Garreans vehicle estimated at $7000.00 and $7000.00 to Garcia’s.

Kerlin Alas of Perry was traveling north bound on Highway 141 Diagonal and lost control of his vehicle rolling into the north ditch. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $12000.00.  Alas was cited for no valid DL.
