Monday, February 28th

1:16am: An officer located an Open Door at 610 North Elm Street. The building was secured by the officer.

1:29am: An officer located an Open Door at 1700 North Elm Street. The officer located an employee inside, who advised he would secure the business.

1:54am: An officer located an Open Door at 507 West Wall Street and secured the business.

1:05pm: Officers were advised of a possible Suicidal Subject in Jefferson. The officer learned the subject was now in Rippey and passed the information to the Sheriff’s Office.

4:23pm: The Wild Rose Casino requested officers at 777 Wild Rose Lane for two subjects possibly using False ID’s. The officer could not determine if the ID’s were false or not. The subjects were not allowed entrance to the facility and the follow up on the ID’s will be handled by the DCI Agents at the facility.

6:38pm: Jan Olson reported being chased by a dog near Chestnut and Reed Streets. The officers did not locate the reported animal.

7:00pm: Harrison County DHS requested a Welfare Check on a Jefferson female and her children. The officer located the family, who was fine.

******** Lab results are back on items seized during a Consent Search at 304 North Vine Street on 01/13/2022. The officer has requested Arrest Warrants for Morgan Brooke Hughes-Hernandez, 23 of Jefferson for, “Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense/Marijuana – Serious and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple.”

******** Lab results are back on items seized during a Consent Search on a vehicle at 704 Sunset Road. The officer has requested Arrest Warrants for Candi Renee Lamberti, 38 of Des Moines for, “Possession of Controlled Substance/Meth – Serious, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs – Serious, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – Simple.”
