If you are looking for a fun activity to get out and about for next week, a local library will have a fun event.

The Adel Public Library will be hosting a Minute To Win It challenge next week beginning at 1 p.m. March 17th at the library and is meant for those in first through fifth grades. Patron Services Manager Amy Puck says people can expect a variety of challenges.

“This will be a collection of fun challenges very similar to the Minute To Win It Game. So, we are going to have a lot of different physical challenges as well as mental challenges that the kids can come and participate.”

Puck tells Raccoon Valley Radio the event will last a few hours depending on the amount of kids who come out to participate. Puck says scores will be taken and at the end of the event there will be a winner announced.

“The kids can come and go as they like and then at the end we will have a tally of who won and possibly some little prizes for people.”

Puck says there is no registration required to attend the free event. For more information you can go here.
