As the calendar approaches the spring season the Guthrie County Engineer describes how winter maintenance is going with Secondary Roads Department.

County Engineer Josh Sebern says it has been an uneventful winter for their department and that’s the way they like it.  

“The events we have had, we have had to put some material out there and battling through the cold, and  the really cold we do go through a little bit more material, but it has been a lighter year overall, yes. ”

Sebern says with the less snow plowing days they have been focusing on brush cutting around Guthrie County.
