After earning the right to compete in the Iowa High School Speech Association Individual State contest, today is the day for the competition for Dallas County schools.
For the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn and Perry High School speech departments they will be looking for a Division I rating today as well as an All-State nomination. There are 18 students from ADM and 13 students from Perry who will be competing at the state contest today at ADM High School.
