
A Woodward man faces a felony charge for an alleged drug-related incident in Jefferson.
According to court documents, 45-year-old Thomas Caldwell was in the Wild Rose Casino at 9:05pm on November 2nd. Surveillance video showed Caldwell had dropped a baggie with a crystallized substance on the floor of the casino. The baggie was then submitted to the Division of Criminal Investigation Lab on November 12th. The results came back on December 7th that were positive for 1.42 grams of methamphetamine.
An arrest warrant was issued for Caldwell charging him with a Class D Felony for his third or subsequent offense for possession of a controlled substance. Caldwell was arrested on March 8th and was booked into the Greene County Jail, where he was later released under his own recognizance.
