ADM boys and girls track and field were able to wrap up their first week of the season last week with both teams having a pair of indoor meets in Cedar Falls and Ames, and if the week is any indication, this season could be a very good one for both teams.

Both teams were able to break multiple personal records and a few indoor schools records as well for both teams, as both sides did a great job of putting up some competitive results. Both sides are returning a lot of key athletes for the upcoming year, and both teams are projected to send a good amount of athletes to state. A lot of work ahead for both teams, but through one week of competition, no complaints for the Tigers.

The teams do have a meet on their calendar this upcoming week down in Central College, with the boys to run on Friday and the girls to compete on Saturday.
