There are four weeks left of this year’s Legislative session and one house representative gives his priorities. 

House District 20 Representative Ray Sorensen says there is always one or two more things lawmakers are trying to push through before the session ends. He says for him it’s going to deal with education and technology. 

“On the calendar, for me, I think, you know, transparency and education for the parents is an important one to get across the finish line. And for me, personally, in information technology, I still have my consumer data protection bill hanging on out there that I’d like to get that accomplished.”

The last day of the Iowa Legislative Session will be on April 19th.
