DCG girls soccer returns a lot of talent from a state finalist a year ago, and will be hoping to find a way back to Des Moines this year. The team is coming off of a 15-6 record and a 6-1 Little Hawkeye Conference, finishing 2nd overall.

This is a DCG roster that will have four seniors on the roster, with Avery Korsching, Ellie Jermier, Alexia Henrichs, and Emma Smith. DCG lost eight players including multiple starters from last years team, but have a wonderful nucleus of talent that will be looking to put their mark on what should be a very exciting season. They will be one of the best teams back in the Little Hawkeye Conference and in the state as well.

Mustang soccer will be participating in a jamboree on Friday, March 25th against multiple schools. Their first game of the season will be at home on Monday, March 28th against the Johnston Dragons.
