The Guthrie Center City Council met briefly Monday. 

The Council held a public hearing and approved the final 2022-23 proposed budget as presented 

The Council approved changes to the Employee Policy Handbook relating to a drug, alcohol and substance abuse policy from the request of the Drug and Alcohol Administration. They also approved preparations for a structure to be torn down at 204 North 2nd Street and waived two parking tickets for two residents at a total cost of $50.
