The wait is finally over and today will mark the first offering of the Spring Farmers Market with the Perry Chamber of Commerce.
The first Spring Market will run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today in the Perry Public Library Community Room. Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says there will be plenty of variety when it comes to goods people will be able to purchase.
“A nice mixture as far as our vendor favorites from the community between coffee and walnuts as food stuff as well as baked goods and some crafts as well. So, that will take place at the Perry Public Library Community Room from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and that will be our very first Spring Market this year.”
Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio the Spring Market came about due to popular demand from vendors and shoppers alike wanting more farmers market opportunities throughout the year.
