8:10am: A deputy investigated an alarm in the 1400 block of 130th Street.

3:04pm: A deputy investigated a civil dispute in the 100 block of West Percival Street, Rippey.

3:55pm: Richard Sabus 58 of Churdan was booked into the jail for theft 1st degree.

5:03pm: A deputy investigated a phone scam in the 400 block of K Avenue.

5:06pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

9:11pm: Hector Hernandez 23 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for Guthrie County Arrest warrants for criminal mischief 5th degree and 2 counts of assault causing bodily injury.

11:24pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 100 block of Oakhill drive, Churan.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
