9:44am: A deputy investigated a theft in the 300 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

10:50am: Tyler Howell 39 of Fort Dodge was booked into the jail for failure to appear.

11:07am: A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 400 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction.

12:40pm: A deputy investigated a careless driving complaint on 220th Street near X Avenue.

1:06pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:18pm: Scranton Fire, the Sheriff, and a deputy responded to a natural gas line that was broken on 8th Street and Lincoln Street in Scranton.

3:50pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 700 block of Walnut Street, Scranton.

4:42pm: A deputy assisted DHS with a child removal in the 100 block of East Percival Street, Rippey.

5:02pm: A deputy investigated a property dispute in the 300 block of East Paton Street, Paton.

6:23pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of kids on 4 wheelers in and around Scranton.

6:35pm: Humberto Tolintino 53 homeless was booked into the jail to serve a sentence.

8:00pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a fight in the 700 block of Wild Rose Lane.

10:55pm: Dustin Evans 39 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a sex offender registry violation.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
