This last week was an exciting one for the Wildcats, as they had several games and matches scheduled for competition.

Monday night saw the golf teams host a coed quad meet, with the visitors being the AC/GC Chargers, the Madrid Tigers, and the Pleasantville Trojans. The soccer teams also competed, traveling to AHSTW to take on the Vikings, and splitting the night with a 4-1 victory for the girls, and a 3-2 loss for the boys. The girls track team also had an impressive showing, scoring 79 team points.

Tuesday night the boys soccer team hosted the Ballard Bombers, and took a resounding 10-0 victory. The boys track team also competed, and had a few top three placements. The 4X200m and 800 Medley relay teams both got 1st place finishes, while Tate Richter got a 2nd place finish in the 110m Hurdles, and Braedon Beane took 2nd in the Long Jump. Dalton Harwood accomplished a 3rd place finish in the 400 Hurdles.

Athletic events around the conference were postponed Thursday due to weather, but the golf teams hosted another coed meet Friday night, with the Exira-Elkhorn Kimballton Spartans and Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders visiting Menlo.
