The Stuart City Council will meet Monday. 

The Council will consider for approval ash trees in the easements, 2022 fire department officers, a stop sign resolution, Midwest Partnership contribution and a code enforcement agreement with the Iowa Code Enforcement for an increase in rates. 

Also, the Council will consider for approval an Iowa Department of Transportation application and agreement for the use of highway right of way for utilities commendation. 

The Council will hear from the City Economic Development Director and consider Safe Routes To School Federal Aid Agreement, Hotel Stuart Development Agreement The Council will hear from the City Engineer as well to discuss the White Pole Road project update, a street improvement project, manhole rehabilitation and phase four housing addition. 

Finally, the Council will consider for approval bids for a dumpster for the town cleanup and will discuss the cemetery committee. The meeting will take place in the Stuart Council Chambers Monday at 7pm with a live stream listed here.
