April 16: Officers received a report of a theft in the 1300 block of Otley. Estimated loss about $100.

April 17: Arrest: Osvaldo Rafael Ruiz Huaracha, age 26, 1211 2 St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while under the influence 1st offense.

April 18: Received a report of a burglary in the 300 block of Pattee. Only thing that seemed to be missing was a Galaxy tablet. Tablet located and returned to owner. Received a report of harassment in the 2000 block of Otley Ave. Parties advised to stop contacting each other.

April 19; Received a report of criminal mischief in the 400 block of Willis Ave.
