A new event is coming to Stuart and will target women looking to become an entrepreneur.
Stuart Chamber of Commerce Director Benda Dudley says they are putting together an event with Iowa’s Small Business Development Center to educate female entrepreneurs on business and networking. Dudley describes who their targeted audience is.
“If you are thinking about starting a business, women in particular like I said, we have a lot of new business owners in town so we are hoping we pack the house for this new event.”
There will be a featured speaker and a panelist of business experts throughout the program. This is a free event from 5:45-8pm tomorrow at the Saints Center and reservations before the event are encouraged. The ability to sign up will be linked here.
