The Jefferson Parks and Recreation Board is taking its next step to gauge public interest about a possible amenity.
Following a public meeting held in late March, a survey has been developed in conjunction with OPN Architects and Counsilman-Hunsaker for anyone to provide feedback about possibly building an indoor pool that would be attached to the current Greene County Community Center. JPRD Director Denny Hammen encourages everyone to take the survey.
“The main emphasis of this first part of the feasibility study will be to see what the public interest is through a survey. I think the most important thing I want people to understand is that this has not been decided one way or the other.”
A link to the survey can be found below and a paper copy is available at the community center. The deadline to complete the survey is May 28th.
