Greene County Career Academy and Iowa Central Community College are teaming up to bring some adult education classes to Jefferson.

On Wednesday, May 11th from 6:30-8pm will be the “Take and Bake: Breakfast Casserole.” Instructor Denise Moranville will teach participants how to put together a Farmhouse Breakfast casserole and a French Toast casserole. The cost for the class is $40. 

The other “Take and Bake” class will be on Wednesday, May 18th also from 6:30-8pm. This class will be on making and taking home a chicken parmesan dish with a side of roasted brussel sprouts. Moranville will also lead this class and show participants how to make a homemade red sauce, along with preparing a breaded chicken breast and noodles, and roasting brussel sprouts. The cost for this class is $40.
