The Heart of Iowa Activities Conference has released its boys’ soccer All-Conference selections. There are only five soccer programs in the league including the combined Central Iowa United team which includes HOIAC member West Marshall (State Center), in with Colo-Nesco and Collins-Maxwell.

The top three teams in the conference went 1-1 against each other with the Rams beating Nevada, the Cubs over Perry, and the Blue Jays winning vs. Greene County. The 14 member first All-Conference team has six Nevada players, four from Perry and two from both Greene County and PCM (Monroe), who lost to the top three.

Senior Brenner Gallagher and sophomore Gesser Aguilar are the Rams on the first team while sophomore Gabe Ebersole and junior Jose Velazco were on the honorable mention list. Aguilar and Velzco were the top goal scorers for the Rams at 19 and 13 goals, respectively. Gallagher was a defender/midfielder, and Ebersole was the goalkeeper.
