Joseph Stovall, age 21, 930 Loomis Ave, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Operating While Under The Influence. He was also cited for No Valid Drivers License.
Seth Watts, age 32, 409 10th St, Dallas Center, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Troy Palomo, age 33, 401 2nd St NW, Altoona, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear. The original charge was Dominion/Control Of Firearm By Domestic Abuse Offender and 2 counts of Possession Of Controlled Substance.
May 28
Kyle Klembara, age 31, Grimes, was arrested for Operating While Under The Influence.
Anthony Hoadley, Creston, was driving a motorcycle west bound on Interstate 80 at mile marker 110, when he was unable to avoid hitting a deer. He was transported to Methodist by Dallas County EMS for evaluation of injuries. Damage to the motorcycles was estimated at $10000.
Donovan Young, Grand Junction, was driving in the 16000 block of J Ave, when he hit a deer. He was able to continue to Perry, where he stopped to report the accident. No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $5000. Mr. Young was able to drive the car from the scene.
May 29
Kirby Marsh, age 39, 20280 Twins Pines Dr, Earlham, was arrested for Contempt-Violation Of No Contact Order.
Jennifer Humphrey, age 47, 20280 Twin Pine Dr, Earlham, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 2nd Degree and Harassment – 2nd Degree.
Felix Reyes, unknown address, and Jonathan Reyes Alfaro, Perry, were riding motorcycles on J Ave, south of Perry, when Mr. Reyes hit a deer. Mr. Reyes Alfaro then struck Mr. Reyes and both were injured. Both men were taken to the hospital for evaluation of their injuries. Damage to both motorcycles, owned by Mr. Reyes Alfaro were estimated at $10000. The investigation is ongoing.
Michael Sherman, age 31, 1352 12th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.
May 30
Sean Teske, age 50, 17 River Vista Dr, Adel, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.
Betty Saypahn, age 35, 4505 86th St, Urbandale, was arrested for two counts of Child Endangerment. She was also cited for Failure To Provide Proof Of Financial Liability, Reckless Driving, Fail To Display Registration Plate, Violation Of Instruction Permit Limitation and 2 counts of Failure To Use Child Restraint Device.
Justin Sesker, Dexter, was traveling north on R Ave at 360th St, when he lost control, rolling his vehicle into the ditch. Mr. Sesker was taken to Mercy Hospital to evaluate his injuries. Damage to his vehicle was estimated at $10000.
John Law, Fort Dodge, was driving in the 12000 clock of D Ave, when he swerved to miss a deer that had run into the roadway. He lost control and went into the ditch. He was able to exit the vehicle and walk to a nearby residence for help. Mr. Law was taken to Dallas County Hospital for evaluation of his injuries. Damage was estimated at $5000.
Sean Teske, age 50, 17 River Vista Dr, was arrested on a warrant for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked and Unlawful Possession Of Prescription Drug.
Jacob Thompson, Manito, IL, was driving on Interstate 80 at mile marker 117 when he hit a deer. No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $10000. The vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
