Greene County 4-H’ers are encouraged to sign up for another project workshop ahead of the county fair.

Greene County Extension 4-H and Youth Coordinator Samantha Hardaway says there will be a resin art project at Art on the Fly on June 20th from 1-4pm. She explains some of the details of the workshop that any 4-H’er is invited to participate.

“That day you are going to do the project. It’s a resin art project and you can personalize it with maybe a sporting event, or a family vacation, or a loved one, and then personalize it to you. And then we will walk to the Extension office, fill out the paperwork, and your project will be ready to go for the Greene County Fair that day. So this is a great opportunity to get more projects entered in static and not have the work at home.”     

Cost of the workshop is $20 and 4-H’ers must sign up by June 10th. Contact the Extension office in Jefferson to register.
