An annual event gives people the opportunity to shop along a famous byway today. 

The White Pole Road Development Corporation is having their annual marathon sale that will start at 8am and run throughout the day for residents and businesses near the White Pole Road Scenic Byway to buy and sell miscellaneous merchandise. The development corporation encourages residents or businesses to clear inventory and rent space or signage to vendors who might also want to sell items in a high-profile location along the route.
