Wednesday, June 8th

4:20am: An officer assisted with a Medical Call in the 300 Block of East McKinley Street.

8:47am: An officer investigated a Backing Accident in the private parking lot at 403 West Head Street. A 2016 Chevrolet Malibu, owned by Charles Gunn and operated by Sue Gunn, both of Grand Junction was backing in the lot and struck a parked vehicle. The 2012 Chevrolet Silverado was owned by Gary Woodley of Jefferson. Each vehicle had a reported $1500.00 in damages.

10:57am: Stepanie Eliserio reported a Stray Dog near Elm and Gallop Road. The officers did not locate the animal.

12:00pm: Officers executed a Search Warrant at 704 North Chestnut Street, in connection to a Missing Persons Investigation.

4:36pm: A Traffic Stop at Elm and Madison Streets resulted in Brandy Burrow of Perry being cited for, “Excessive Speed.”

4:45pm: A caller advised of a group of people arguing in the 300 Block of West Lincoln Way Street. The officer spoke with the group and learned a grandfather was dropping off his grandchildren at the address and an argument ensued with the parties. The officer mediated and the parties split up.

9:13pm: An officer assisted a deputy with a Traffic Stop on 220th Street, near the river bridge.

10:30pm: Barb Durby reported a large tree branch had fallen near Elm and Sunset. The officer checked and learned no power lines were affected and will forward information to Public Works.

11:20pm: An officer assisted the GC Ambulance with a Medical Call in the 100 Block of North Maple Street.
